Beauty | Topshop Matte Lip Bullet - Call me queen bee

Soooooo, let's get straight to the point; I have to say I like this new lippie.

To begin with, I think it's crayon style packaging is hella cute. The tube gives me the feeling of holding a thick marker pen quite weirdly. Its black and white tube also comes with a clear cap to protect the lipstick. The lip bullet has a style of pen applicator and works like an ordinary lipstick - just twist.

The colour comes out like purpley-lilac that glide on like satin finish. It is quite pigmented (unscented if you may know) and it's creamy texture makes it dream to apply, I want to emphasize about how moisturizing the lipstick really is. The colour is build-able - you can apply lightly for sheer finish or you can build it up to create full coverage (which I do). The colour slides off with a hint of shine then later on transitions into matte stain. Although it's cream texture is dream to apply, it does mean that you'll go through them quicker. This is true specially for me as I want this shade to be darker on my lips so like I said I end up building the colour on top to achieve the darker shade.

Topshop has this lip bullet for £8 and is available in lots of other colours such as fun reds and oranges. All in all, I like this lip bullet but I don't Love it. I wish I didn't have to keep on applying on top to achieve the darker shade I want and didn't come as off purple, but that's just the shade that Topshop made. I do like Topshop's other matte lipsticks but these are nice addition to Topshop Lip range and cute little addition to my make up bag too.

Fashion | Dorothy Perkins Floral Trousers Sale Picks

So I was browsing through Dorothy Perkins sale section and came across few floral trousers in bargain prices! All of the trousers I bought were all left in just one size which happened to be mine (size 6), which I found bit surprising as I hardly find my size in anything let alone in sale lol, specially if those sales have been on for such a long time. But I was so glad to have found my size and seeing the beautiful summery prints and their bargain price I definitely couldn't resist.

The original price of all of these trousers were £24 and I bought two for £9.60 and the other two for £7.20, impressive ey? Oh I love myself for having such a good finds time to time lol. The style of these trousers are joggers style and I love their style of fit in the legs - not so fitted and tight but bit baggy and roomy which is perfect for summer apart from their lovely prints. The delivery was well-packaged and I loved how all the trousers inside came with their hangers on, each having plastic covers on them.
I can't wait for summer to come so that I can take these florals out for the day. It's just come to the end of January now and I know I''ve got months and months till the heat arrives in England :( . Till then they'll have to be in my wardrobe for the time being.
I know all of these florals are equally beautiful and scream for summer just as much, but I Loove the last one mainly due to its big and bold flowers. What do you think of my bargains, and which one is your favorite print out of these four? Do let me know in the comments :)

Silver is the new Gold | Boho Trend

So I have huge obsession over Boho silver necklaces. First of all, when it comes to taste in fashion, I would say I am bit of one sometimes and bit of another at other times. By saying this, I'm mainly referring to the two different styles that I absolutely adore: Sophisticated chic look and mild Gypsy Boho look. I wanted to add 'mild' because I don't mean to go for proper gypsy look but instead as the fashion world calls it Boho-chic (or gypsy-chic or hippie chic). Yes I love to dress myself with sophisticated stylish outfit flopping out my heels but then at the same time style I can have my mood of styling myself drawing on various bohemian and hippie influences and putting them into a fashionable manner. There's something about these two styles that makes them so my kinda style and the reason why I can have two different moods in fashion.

Going back to the main purpose of this post, I wanted to share another haul post but also expressing my current obsession: Boho inspired silver necklaces. Not just necklaces but boho inspired silver accessories in general are huge this year which I am excited about.
First of all if your're inspired by this new silver necklace trend then I do want to aware you about the range of boho silver necklaces that Forever21 has to offer right now. I fell in love with the one I purchased above which is this chic and earthy piece burnished pendant necklace set. One thing I loved apart from the design is that these necklaces were not attached together which means I could wear them separately whenever I wanted to. The necklaces feature a triangular faux stone, sunburst and etched pendants with hanging drops and I got them for £5.
I mainly bought these necklaces to style them with my turtle neck sweater which is another style trend I'm super obsessed with. I wanted the necklaces, specially the etched pendant necklace to be bit bigger in real but didn't turn out to be so, which personally I'm not super fussed about. When summer comes, I can't wait to wear them with blouses, crop tops and maxi dresses. Throwing these necklaces with any of the outfits will help you achieve a effortless and laid-back look.
I bought this beautiful Tibetan inspired necklace for only £1.60 from a Chinese website called Aliexpress.com (I'll be posting my reviews about this website showing range of other products I bought from it in another post in future). Apart from its beautiful pendant giving bohemian vibe, I don't like how the necklace is so short. I would love if the necklace was long enough to fall around the area below my chest but it sits just on the bottom of my neck. The necklace is so short and just doesn't look nice where it sits, it would of rather looked nice if it was longer and rested on the tummy area below the chest. I know the next thing I would do is possibly replace the chain of the necklace with a longer chain of other necklaces, but the way the pendant is attached with the chain, it is not just hard to take it out but its also hard to assemble in a new chain. I know anyone who is good at arts like this is not much of a big deal. I will need find someone who knows how to do this job nicely as I am personally no good at these kinda things lol. Otherwise, its just a beautiful necklace, the quality is definitely nice for the price of £1.60 and I will be keeping the necklace throughout until i find a way to make the length better. But if you guys have any suggestions for me then PLEASE let me know :).

Beauty | Bobbi Brown Bronzing Powder - Deep 4

Now I'm not a bronzer person at all, nor I am any of the make up person that is applied strictly on the face skin - Foundation/blush/concealer and what not. If you have read my previous posts, you may already know that I'm all about brown eye make up and gets me excited every time I see any brown, earthy-toned make up (whether or not the make up is necessarily eye shadows). Yep, whether its eye shadow powders or any other powders applied elsewhere, if its the tone that I'm all about for my eyes, it will make me wanna have as it gets me so interested to apply that tone onto my eyes.
With this note on mind, most of you beauties may be expecting a review about the bronzer on the cheeks as a whole so I will make sure I give the review about the product along the lines where it will possibly answer what you're looking for in the product as a bronzer. Since it's highly unlikely of me wearing this product on my cheeks (although I might still experiment, why not ey), one thing I know is that the powder is highly pigmented which is one of the main things I absolutely love about the product.

The bronzer is matte and it is not too red, nor it is too orange or too brown. It has sort of caramel brown-undertoned with smooth texture that blends easily. I believe this is the darkest tone in this collection which I think is perfect to warm the complexion of brown skinned beauties perfectly. Due to its pigmented quality, you can use a very small amount on your cheek and it can show up warming up your corner cheeks and glowing your skin. I absolutely love its sleek, black and glossy packaging which also has a huge mirror inside.

I like to apply this powder as eye shadow whilst using a dark brown eye shadow I have to tone down the colour and looks absolutely beautiful ^ ^ .

Beauty | Benefit Stay Don't Stray Primer

So everyone in the blogs and YouTube hyping up about good things about this Benefit Stay Don't Stray Primer so I decided to give it a go. I am someone who wears eye shadows pretty much everyday when I go Uni and other times when I'm going out, so someone who wears eye shadows pretty much on a daily basis. I am really keen and picky about how eye shadows looks on the eye lids and most importantly how it stays throughout. This primer cost me £20.50, not someone who would want to dare spending that much money on a make-up but since I've heard a lot of good things about its long lasting quality I thought why not.

So it has been roughly about 2 months since I purchased this primer and started using it and so far my experience with this product has been really really good! Yes it does make my eye shadow stay throughout the day. There has only been in rare cases I had to do touch up, otherwise no.

The product itself isn't that thick and does blend really easily and to add another good quality, it dries instantly! which means you can go ahead and apply your eye-shadow straight away.  It comes in a doe-foot applicator which makes it easy to take out the product from the tube however I normally blend it with my finger or a brush once put on. It is slightly tinted which will come in handy to those who suffer from undereye circles as it will offer a hint of coverage. I got this in Medium/Deep tone but it also offers lighter shade in Light/Medium.

So overall, I think putting my money in this product was a very right decision I made and think it's worth every penny. I would happily keep repurchasing this primer in the future once this one runs out (which I don't know when as I still have loads left). There are much cheaper primers out there but after using this product, I now know why it holds that price. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a primer that last a long long time and that really works!
